That kitchen almost gives me hope for our new (to us) home's kitchen. The previous owners redid the kitchen about 8 years ago in hickory and they're in perfect shape. But the town/burgundy laminate countertop and faux travertine ceramic backsplash make it feel dark. It has a similar layout to Jen's clients kitchen, too. Thanks for the post!
