DIY Glass Mirror!

Today I am saying that I can’t believe I asked the associate at Habitat Restore if I could leave the glass shell and just take the chandelier … because I am in love with my new mirror!
and in case you missed it, first I started with a drum shade chandelier for the guest room.
While David and I were taking apart the glass (yes it was welded in there), he started laying glass in a circle and I said, that could be an amazing mirror! We make a great team, if I do say so myself!
A few hours and fixed mistakes later, we ended up with this!
We moved the desk from the master bedroom into the guest room, and the coral dresser next to the closet
I’ll be back Monday to share how I did it! Hope you have a great weekend!

WOW, that is seriously stunning! I must say…you're kind of a genius. What a creative way to use those old panes. Now I really, really want a mirror exactly like that! Can't wait to see your tutorial!

Stunning! There are 3 of that style fixture at a thrift store around the corner for less than $20, one is humongous. I'm eagerly awaiting your how-to's cause I might have to make 1, 2, or 3 myself. I'm certain you are single-handedly going to cause a run on this type of fixture at thrifts and resellers 🙂 You and your husband do make a great idea & execution team.

The light reno is fantastic, but I especially LOVE the mirror idea! I wouldn't have thought to reuse the glass like that in a million years. Go you!
