So much goodness at Rejuvenation!
I’ve been thinking a lot about health recently – what we put in our bodies and on our bodies – Carmel shares her experience and what products she loves here.
Please pin from original source, here, thanks!
This past weekend I sliced a few sweet potatoes, added some olive oil and salt and pepper and baked. I’ve been adding to salads this week for lunch – I heat them up a little first – love the flavor and different texture that it adds. If you’re tired of your salad routine – give it a try!
This recipe from Cookie + Kate looks so good!!
Please pin from original source, here, thanks!
This week I’ve also been loving plain greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, unsweetened coconut, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a little agave. SO good!
If we make another outdoor swing – I think I’d make one like this!
Please pin from original source, here, thanks!

So much goodness in the new section of World Market!
THIS rug!!
How cute is this clutch!?
I always love a Wood slice coffee table!!

I think I need this tote bag!
Have an amazing weekend friends!! 🙂

Speaking of sweet potatoes, here's a side dish to try that was a step from a Rachael Ray recipe (she goes on and does something else, but my mom and I, sampling as we go, now stop at this point as we love it best right here!)

Slice sweet potatoes in half lengthwise, then slice along length making half moons (I use my food processor for that step). Saute with some olive oil, salt, black pepper and curry paste or curry powder. Amazing!!!
