Since going gluten and dairy free – I’ve become obsessed with finding new recipes! This recipe looks SO good! It’s not gluten free (but can be easily made gluten free by subbing gluten free bread crumbs and tamari soy sauce) Basically, you can still have anything! (except pizza, I miss pizza!) I had brown rice and quinoa spaghetti this week instead – close, but not quite there 🙂 Also, I have been feeling better – no more three day headaches!! Motivation to keep going (and not eat the pizza!)

I ordered a few things from Target on Monday and they came yesterday!
This coat is surprisingly heavy – I liked the fit, but the color was a lot more purple then I was expecting, I might exchange for the black or camel. I’m a small (my usual size for cardigans/light weight jackets) I got 40% off, but it’s still 30% off!
I also got this coat (size small, but I should have gotten an xs) I like that it has a knit on the sides for extra comfort! The quality was great for the price!!

I have that Target wool coat – they've offered it for several years. It's a great coat and a great value – I got mine the day after Christmas for $40. However, you called the color camel and it's definitely not camel. It's a heather taupe, just as they describe it.
