I made this salad at Thanksgiving (with modifications) and it was a big hit! I used kale and red cabbage and toppings that I had on hand – I love the salad dressing! So simple! I also made a little more salad dressing and used it for lunches this week. I roasted some veggies earlier in the week and tossed in the extra throughout the week! I added hemp hearts for protein.
