I’ve got nothing this week – EXCEPT to keep your immunity up! I’ve been sick, and I HATE being sick! The first few days were pretty rough, but I’m feeling better now 🙂
If you haven’t heard, the FDA has banned certain ingredients in Antibacterial soap. Those ingredients aren’t just in soap, but in some toothpastes as well. It really gets you thinking about what chemicals are doing to our bodies – after all, skin is our largest organ!
Here’s two, Dr. Bronner’s products that I’ve picked up recently!
Toothpaste, found at my local health food store for around $3-4. Tastes good, but doesn’t “foam” like traditional toothpaste
I picked up this lotion from Target and the orange / lavender combination is great!!

Cooler temps this week have me thinking about fall! I just ordered these booties last night!
