We have a rental in Connecticut! We’ll be regularly back and forth between Maryland and Connecticut, so we have a place here! I haven’t decided exactly how much I’ll be furnishing, but I probably won’t be able to help myself – my creative wheels are already turning!
We stopped on our way up here and picked up a sofa from the West Elm outlet in Lancaster, PA. Love that store, it gives me heart palpitations! ha! You can get great deals, and the staff are super helpful!
We got the Harmony sofa with chaise. Love it! It’s super comfy and lounge-y – I highly recommend if you want something perfect for relaxing – watching TV or reading a book!
After a few days, we got internet (why is setting that up always painful!?!?)

You should go sometime! Just make sure to call first to see if they have what you're looking for in stock – though the store is plenty big, lots to look at!
