Main Level Refresh with The Home Depot

This post has been sponsored by The Home Depot

It’s been a few years since we redid our Kitchen, Dining and Living Room and it was time for a refresh. We worked with The Home Depot’s decor lines, Stylewell and Home Decorators Collection, to add some life into our space. Did you know that The Home Depot also sells home decor items!? Basically anything you can think of from chairs to towels and dishes, The Home Depot sells! They have an amazing selection from lots of top brands, like StyleWell and Home Decorators Collection that are exclusively available at The Home Depot. I could easily furnish and style my whole home from The Home Depot! Come on in to see what I selected and why I love it! (all sources linked at the bottom of the post)

BEFORE (when we first moved in)

The windows in the dining room and living room make such a difference, making this space light and bright!

AFTER

Our kitchen has come a long way! The layout is so much more open and functional and the pendant lights are my second favorite part! They let out so much light, lighting the entire kitchen.

I love the warmth and texture that our new counter stools, from Stylewell at The Home Depot add to the space. So far they’ve held up great with the kids and they are super comfortable.

I love the view walking up the stairs!

Our new kitchen pendants are stunning and functional. Since we can’t have recessed lighting with our wood ceiling, we added a white shade which diffuses the light up and down. I also love the definition that the black accents adds.

Open shelves don’t have to be cluttered. Tip, create piles of similar objects that you use everyday, this keeps your shelves neat and tidy! Place objects that you use less often on the top shelf. Layer items of different heights with taller items in the back and work in groupings of three.

I love these stoneware dishes, they look special but are dishwasher safe (and hold up well too!)

I’m so so excited about our caned dining chairs are also from The Home Depot! The black accents and clean lines incorporate easily into our space, bringing in a lot of interest and texture.

The dining table is also a Home Depot find! It’s the perfect shade of a textural wood and it fits perfectly in our space!

We also added a pair of new chairs to our living room. I love the open arms and legs so we can see straight through the window behind. They are also so so comfortable! The perfect fit!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Thank you to The Home Depot for sponsoring this post! As always, I only share products and brands that I love and have had a good experience with!
